To ensure the best result for your custom embroidery, please follow these guidelines:
- For optimal quality, upload your design as a vector file (e.g., SVG, AI, EPS).
- Simple and clear designs with fewer details work best for embroidery.
- A maximum of 12 colors can be used in one embroidery design.
- The minimum line width for all elements in your design should be 1 mm.
- Text in your design should have a minimum height of 5 mm to ensure readability.
- Machine wash warm (max 40°C) inside out with like colors.
- Tumble dry low to preserve shape.
- Only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
- Do not dry clean.
- Avoid ironing to protect the embroidery and fabric.
Measure yourself to find the perfect size.
A) Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the sweater.
B) Half Chest: Measure across the chest, 2.5 cm below the armhole, from side to side.
C) Sleeve Length: Measure from the center of the back of the neck, over the shoulder and down to the cuff.
