Refund policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products you order from ApixPrint. Every item you order from us is custom-made specifically for you. This distinguishes us from regular online stores, as custom-made goods cannot be restocked and resold. Nevertheless, we value your trust and offer fair rules for resolving any issues.

Quality Guarantee and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you have received and this is due to factors under our control, we will replace the item or refund your purchase in full.

  • What is covered by the guarantee: Manufacturing defects, damage incurred during transport, errors in the quantity or type of goods delivered, as well as a lack of quality in the print itself.
  • Complaint deadline: Any claims must be sent to us within 14 days after you have received the order.
  • Documentation: For quick processing of the case, please send a description of the problem and clear pictures of the defect to our email address contact@apixprint.no.
  • Resolution: If the complaint is approved, we will send you a new item free of charge, or refund the purchase price if new production is not possible.

Upon approved complaint, we will send you a new item free of charge, or refund the purchase price. In most cases, you do not need to return the item — we will simply create a new order for you.

Limitations and Disclaimer

  • Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Norwegian law (the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced according to the consumer's specifications or that have a clear personal character. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you have chosen the wrong size, colour, or have changed your mind.
  • User errors: We are not responsible for factors beyond our control, such as typos or use of low-resolution images uploaded during the design process.
  • Technical variations: Printing is a chemical process, and 100% match between colours on screen and on the product cannot be guaranteed due to differences in machine types and materials. Minor colour deviations are considered acceptable and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Logistics and Shipping

  • Lost shipments: For packages lost during transport, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will arrange a new shipment at our expense.
  • Wrong address: If a package is returned due to a wrong address or the recipient does not pick up the package, the customer must cover the costs of production and reshipping.
