ApixPrint offers personalized and made-to-order products, including clothing, accessories and gift items. Customers can upload their own images, text, logos or designs and customize products directly on the website.

You are responsible for the content you upload or use in your design. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to use it, that it does not violate the law, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You are also responsible for checking spelling, design, size, color and other choices before completing your order.

We try to display products, colours, descriptions and prices as correctly as possible. Nevertheless, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, materials or manufacturing methods. Minor variations in colour, placement or print are not normally considered faults.

When you place an order, it is sent for processing. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to, for example, price errors, technical errors, incomplete information, suspected fraud or content that violates the law or these terms and conditions. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

The prices shown on the website are valid at the time of ordering. Any shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Payment is made when ordering using the payment methods available on the website.

Most of our products are produced to order. Processing and delivery times are indicative and may vary. More information can be found in our shipping policy.

Many of our products are personalized or produced to order. For such goods, the right of withdrawal may be limited or not applicable, to the extent that this is permitted under the applicable law. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us so that we can assess the matter and find a suitable solution. All content on this website belongs to ApixPrint or our partners unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you upload remains your responsibility, but you grant us the right to use it to the extent necessary to manufacture and deliver your order.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays beyond our control or errors due to the customer's own choices, uploads or information. Our overall responsibility is in alle cases limited to the amount paid for the order in question, unless otherwise follows from non-derogable legislation.

We may update these user terms if necessary. The version published on the website at the time of the order will apply to the order in question.

These terms and conditions are subject to Norwegian law, unless otherwise follows from non-derogable rules on consumer protection.
