Shipping and delivery

We want to provide clear and realistic information about processing time, production and delivery.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to customers in the United States.

2. Processing and production time

Orders are processed and normally put into production within 2–3 working days.

The processing time may in certain periods be somewhat longer, for example in case of high order intake, public holidays or if there is a need for manual control of the order.

3. Transport time

Once the order has been manufactured and shipped, the normal transport time within the United States is 3–4 working days.

4. Estimated total delivery time

Normal total delivery time is therefore usually 5–7 working days.

In some cases, delivery can take up to 10 working days, depending on the product, place of delivery, carrier and seasonal conditions.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Any shipping rates displayed on the website or at checkout shall be the applicable rate for the order.

If you use Google Shopping or other advertised product listings, shipping costs and delivery terms must match the information displayed at checkout.

6. Tracking Information

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email with tracking information if this is available for the shipment.

7. Delivery partner

We use professional logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

8. Delays

We do our best to deliver within the stated time frame, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions or other operational conditions.

9. Wrong address or unclaimed packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to the wrong address, failure to collect or other conditions on the recipient's side, additional costs may apply.

10. Damaged or non-delivery

If the package arrives damaged, or if you do not receive the order within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@apixprint.no.
